Calling all the girl scouts!

          Want to sell us 200 boxes of Girl Scout cookies?

Scott & Jane Orthodontics, in support of our local Girl Scout groups, is sponsoring a contest to help with fundraising efforts.

Eligibility:

Open to all Girl Scouts. You do not need to be our patients to participate.

Contest Rules:

1. In writing, please tell us who you look up to as a role model and why.
2. All entries must include your name, contact information, and troop information.
3. Entry form is available at our office or downloadable HERE. Our contest will begin Monday 1/27/2014, and ending Thursday 2/20/2014.
4. Entry must be hand delivered to our office at 5418 Highway 6, Suite 215, Missouri City, TX 77459 (next to LA Fitness).

One winner will be chosen on 2/21/14 based on written content of submitted entries. The winner will receive an order of 200 boxes of cookies! Scott & Jane Orthodontics will proudly share the Girl Scout Cookie love throughout our local community. Please call our office at 832-539--6388 if you have any questions.
